Try scraping your tongue with a tongue scraper. Using a tongue scraper can help improve the smell of your breath, as well as the health of your mouth. These inexpensive tools remove odor-causing build-up and bacteria from your tongue. If you don’t have a tongue scraper, brushing your tongue with your toothbrush can have a similar effect.
Remember to rinse with mouthwash. If you’re ready for fresher breath, mouthwash should be part of your oral health routine because they can destroy bacteria and mask your breath temporarily.
